Welcome to Allstates Consulting (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at www.allstatesconsulting.net  (the “Site”), including all content, services, and features offered there in.

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately. These Terms apply to all visitors, employers, job seekers, and any other users.

Description of Services

Allstates Consulting is a full-service staffing company headquartered in New Jersey, serving all 50 states. Our services include:

Contract Staffing:

Temporary workforce solutions for business demands and operational changes.

Contract-to-Hire:

Flexible arrangements allowing employers to evaluate candidates before permanent hiring.

Direct Placement:

Permanent placement of qualified candidates for full-time roles.

Managed Services Program (MSP):

End-to-end contingent labor and vendor management.

Allstates Consulting acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee employment or the hiring of any particular candidate.

Eligibility and User Representations

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and that all information you provide is accurate and current. If accessing on behalf of a business, you confirm authority to bind that entity. You also agree that your use of the Site complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe any third-party rights.

User Accounts and Registration

Certain features require registration or submission of personal information. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms.

Terms for Employers and Client Companies

Service Engagements

Staffing engagements are governed by a separate written service agreement. These Terms govern Site use and do not replace any such agreement; in the event of conflict, the service agreement controls.

Employer Responsibilities

As an employer, you agree to provide accurate job descriptions, comply with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws, maintain a safe work environment for placed workers, and promptly notify us of any changes to a placement.

Fees and Payment

Fees are as agreed in the applicable service agreement. Invoices are due as specified, and we reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment. You are responsible for all reasonable collection costs, including attorneys’ fees, in the event of a dispute.

Non-Circumvention

You agree not to directly hire or solicit any candidate introduced by Allstates Consulting except through a written arrangement with us. Violations may result in applicable placement fees and legal remedies.

Terms for Job Seekers and Candidates

Candidate Submissions

By submitting your resume or profile, you grant Allstates Consulting a non-exclusive license to use and share that information with potential employers for the purpose of facilitating employment opportunities on your behalf.

Accuracy of Information

All information you provide, including work history, qualifications, and references, must be truthful and accurate. Misrepresentation is grounds for immediate termination of any engagement and may have legal consequences.

No Guarantee of Employment

Allstates Consulting does not guarantee employment, placement, or any specific outcome. Hiring decisions remain at the sole discretion of the employer.

Communication Consent

By registering, you consent to receiving communications via phone, email, or text regarding job opportunities and service updates. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the exclusive property of Allstates Consulting or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal or legitimate business use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, scrape, or use our trademarks without prior written consent.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Disputes shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation; if unresolved within 30 days, they shall be settled by binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Rules in New Jersey. Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. All proceedings shall be on an individual, non-class basis.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected in the updated “Last Updated” date, and material changes may be communicated via the Site or email. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, effective immediately. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including disclaimers, indemnification, and liability limitations, will remain in full force.
